Journey into Vodou

Have your ever found your life transformed? your world seemingly turned upside down but really right side up? Well that is what happened to me June of 2012. I met my soul mate and my world completely changed. I can't say I'm perfect and I struggle a lot but I dedicate my self to live for the loas. I use to maybe call or be called a devout Christian girl. I was  a people pleaser. But I believe the one thing that stood out overall was that I have always loved God with my sole being. I always prayed to know God in a different way. And in the hardest moments of a depression that haunted me I would cry in nature. I would ask what is love, I would say I don't believe in God and lastly before my life was transformed I said I give up on love. I guess words will never fully express the journey that I am embarked on. But God has given my hand to marriage , the son of God himself. I have learned about Gods love in the most immense ways. In this blog share my journey with you my journey to know God, to know God in me, to know God in others to grow, to sacrifice and most importantly to love!
